Long-focus London - Series 1

These photographs were shot on film using a catadioptric (mirror) lens 20 cm in diameter with a focal length of 1.08 metres, giving extreme foreshortening and a very shallow depth of field. The photographic prints are about 12 x 16 inches (including a small margin).

The palace is seen from the far side of Trafalgar Square, more than ¾ mile away, through Admiralty Arch.
